  1.                    ShopDoor: PROBLEMS AND SOLLUTIONS

  6. Of course program-users have always a few problems
  7. using their program.
  8.  
  9. For these problems there are sollutions.
  10. We shall put them together in this text-file.
  11. If you have a problem and there isn't a sollution available yet,
  12. please tell us !!!

  15. Problem 1:
  16. ==========
  17. We registrated the ShopDoor and installed the keys
  18. for the ShopManager and the ShopDoor.
  19. The ShopManager works fine (registrated),
  20. but the ShopDoor is still not registrated !!!
  21.  
  22. Sollution 1:
  23. ============
  24. You are using a old DEMO 'SHOP.CTL'-file.
  25. Just run the ShopManager, go to the Menu-Editor and
  26. save the Menu-data !  The 'SHOP.CTL'-file will be
  27. updated with the information from your ShopManager-key.
  28. The ShopDoor will be registrated now !!!
  29. (the program is protected in many protections ways...)

  32. Problem 2:
  33. ==========
  34. You didn't see any screen when entering the Order-menu.

  36. Sollution 2:
  37. ============
  38. You have upgraded the ShopDoor from a version older
  39. then v1.80  Unpack the file 'example.arj' and copy
  40. the files SHOP*.ANS to your ShopDoor-directory.

  43. Problem 3:

  45. You got 'runtime errors' or other strange things...
  46.  
  47. Sollution 3:
  48. ============
  49. You have upgraded the ShopDoor from an older
  50. version and forgot to convert your old databases
  51. and/or save your menu-structure again.
  52. This can be done using your ShopManager !

  57. Something else is still wrong...
